my sister's ipod nano has crashed it seems - doesn't turn off, is stuck at one song without playing it, backlight on etc - is there any way to override this? The PC isn't recognising the device either..

 

i don't have an ipod so I'm not familiar with them..

 

Please help

 

and i don't think reinstalling java or hammers will work this time
