I was at that game right behind the goal where Houghton scored. It was absolutely BOILING that day at Giants Stadium. The atmosphere was incredible. There had to be 4 Irish for every Italian. The noise and the colour of the flags was just brilliant.

 

Some Irish guy ran onto the field at the end of the game and the New Jersey State Troopers gave him a right going over. Big Jack went over and intervened and stopped them from hammering the lad and he walked off the field with him.

I was at this game too. Really was some atmosphere and at leat 75% irish fans. Really good game.
