Scally the Wag Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 Anyone got or recall anything about Richard Burton reading Under Milkwood? Was telling my son about this recently - I reckoned it was one of the greatest ever voices reading one of the greatest ever poems but have found buggerall in the shops to back up my claim (sorry about the pun). I swear I heard an LP version when I was at school around 1970 and I have never forgotten the effect. I would love to be able to hear it again.
