Indeed why not VN? He's a proven goalscorer in the Prem and by now he probably hates Furie's guts and will be out to prove somrthing. If they'll sell we should buy.

Nistelrooy was also outspoken (in the changing room) about how ferguson just discarded keane. That I'd say was the real reason.

I used to hate horseface so so much but after hearing that he sided with Keane when nobody else could muster any respect for the man that made that team and also hearing that he oucked the face off that fag Ronaldo. I love him and want him to come to liverpool

that or I least respect him now

f*** that. Keane is and was an absolute c***. Anyone who sides with him is eqaul. Placcy may be a t***, but at least he's young. You tell me of something you don't regret from when you were 21? (Playing for those c**** aside)

I met Ronaldo at the airport a few weeks ago - was in front of me going thro security with his family and mum (?) i think. he was all smiles - i asked him when he'd sign for Liverpool - he winked and smiled back..

We'll take Kuyt instead.

Just have this feeling inside that he'll score goals for fun for us.

In all the speculation over which forwards we should sign I cant recall anyone mentioning Van Nistleroy.

I know it's very unlikely that United would allow him join us, but do they have much say in where he goes considering Ferguson is forcing him out while he's under contract.

He's not the most likeable bloke in the world but he'll guarantee goals wherever he goes.

I know it won't happen but it'd be a seriously bold move

Thoughts?

Cisse could go their way and RVN ours? Same transfer value.

i think you might be missing the point that Ferguson might not want him

WE DON'T SIGN MANCS

I DON'T WANT US TO SIGN MANCS

If he was gonna go anywhere in england it would be natural for him to go to everton, as part of the mancatonian love-in.

Except they couldn't afford him.

Wouldn't want him. He's a player on the decline and much like Viera at Arsenal, the manager has realised his cash value is greater than his value to the club.

I get the feeling Ferguson has engineered a lot of this falling out and has thought of it as an opportunity to cash in on RVN before he can leave on a Bosman in a couple of seasons.

If he is available we should be in for him. He is a very good and proven player and exactly the kind of striker we need (i.e. one who scores a lot of goals). He also may be cheap considering the circumstances.

This is a disturbing thread.

Picture Horseface running out at Anfield in the famous red shirt. . . . .urgh!

While the thought of signing Mancs is not an appealing one, the thought of relieving the Glams of the source of 33% of their goals last season and adding them on to our tally for next season is.

he's a greta finisher who will score loads of goals.

but he's still a manc c*** and always will be.

besides if he joined Carra would have to cripple him.
