I'm lucky to get above 250 but only got a 2 meg connection. I'm very jealous now!

 

UKNova don't use .rar files. Just .avi files. There isn't actually that much difference in size.

 

Think best thing with supertorrents is to download popular torrents initially so the download rate is high. That way you're ratio builds up and you have more freedom later on.
