Would be a great signing for our team (price, age, ability, etc) and it looks like his proposed signing to Bayern has hit a snag. I still think that move will probably go through, maybe at an agreed reduced fee, especially as he's able to go for 1million next year (probably a bit like the Owen transfer from us to Madrid). But at £6.8million I think it would be a great option for us to test the waters and see if we can hijack it.
