Quite possibly, I initially thought that myself until someone said Pilgrims. But I still think the people in white are the wanderers as opposed to the pilgrims. Nothing about them makes it look like a pilgrimage. Someone portraying Pilgrims would put buckle hats on them.

 

I suppose that could be the silkmen (Macc) but it is tenuous.
