charlie clown Posted May 22, 2006 Posted May 22, 2006 and before we start, a reinstallation of Java and Windows and the application of Black & Deckers finest have been tried already. Well they've not but to save the trouble of typing it for everyone else..... Anyway, I set up a wireless network a couple of weeks back. It works fine except for one thing, web connction speeds are now noticeably slower. Is this because two or more machines are now using the same broadband access (when it used to be just one) or is it something else? If its the former will having a higher meg connciton speed solve it or not? If its 'something else' what is it and how do I fix it? Advise, abuse, patronising 'help' all welcome. Some more than others. Ta.
