Odd Job / Builder in Birkenhead

I have got a couple of houses I let out in Birkenhead and am getting fed up of being charged stupid money to sort out simple jobs like fix a gutter downpipe of replace a back gate etc.

 

Do you know of a small builder that can help.

 

These are just odd jobs that can be done as and when.
