scandals surrounding past World Cup tournaments.

 

As the former editor of a tabloid newspaper, Kelvin MacKenzie, is hugely

experienced in this field. He has reported on a number of other issues for

various broadcasters and is well qualified to present programmes on the subjects

of scandal and football. We realise that opinions about presenters vary

considerably - it is rare for any presenter to meet the unequivocal approval of

our wide and varied audience and appreciate that you do not agree with the BBC's

choice of presenter in this occasion.
