Worst book you've ever read

Excluding the obvious beach reads, anyone read something "classic" and found it awful?

 

I'll start with the Night Dawn Trilogy (or at least the first in the series) - The Reality Dysfunction by Peter F. Hamilton.

 

Just could not get into it, loads of filler s**** about how non-existent hyperdrives work.
