The most exciting rock n? roll band in the world, Guns N? Roses are to play a special London show on June 7th at the London Hammersmith Apollo. Guns N? Roses are confirmed to headline at this years Download Festival on June 11th, with this being an unforgettable opportunity for fans to see them first in their warm-up show.

 

Hammersmith Apollo is an important part of the legendary band?s history. They first performed there on October 8th 1987 as part of the Appetite for Destruction Tour. That was the last time they ever appeared in such an intimate venue in the UK after becoming one of the biggest and most exciting stadium acts ever. On the infamous ?Use Your Illusion/Get In The Ring? Tour of the early 90?s, the band performed 92 shows in 27 countries over 26 months, playing to an incredible 7 million people. Getting tickets for this show is not going to be easy, so don?t miss out!

 

This show is also going to make history for another reason. For the first time in the UK, ticketrush.co.uk, a mobile ticket platform, will be pioneering a new technology and offering music fans the chance to purchase tickets via their fully interactive mobile ticketing service. This performance will be Guns N? Roses first visit to the UK since they performed at the London Arena on August 26th 2002. Roses at Hammersmith is likely to be one of the most talked about gigs of the year.

 

Guns N? Roses will be joined by special guests, Californian rockers Avenged Sevenfold. Lead singer M. Shadows has publicly declared that the ?Use Your Illusion? albums are his favourite albums of all time.
