Ebay question..

i've sent an item off on Ebay - was paid for on Monday, i sent it on Tuesday.. my postage profile says "everything will be sent first class unless otherwise stated in the ad + i will obtain proof of posting".. so that's what i did = sent first class + got a receipt (which i have at home)..

 

the person's now emailed me asking where the item is - i've just advised that it was sent last Tuesday morning and they should well have received it (everyone else i posted out to has).. i didn't know what else to put on the email, i just said i'd seek advice.. so here i am!

 

what can i do - or what do i do - from here??
