That's the point really - until you add a league title to that it doesn't s*** on everyone else. We must win that league next season and then we will be in position to become the most successful English side of the decade.

We HAVE to win the league or the rest is just clutching at (very nice) straws.

That works with the UEFA cup, FA and league cups. But not the European Cup, that isn't 'just clutching at (very nice) straws'.

I utterly disagree. Winning major trophies is NOT clutching at fecking straw - it is what it is - winning major trophies (and I would add the Super Cup to that list without hesitation - as Rafa certianly would)

The Super Cup isnt a major trophy

 

but I agree with the main point

 

The past 6 season have given me some of the greatest moments of my life......

 

in that time I have seen us involved in the greatest UEFA, European and FA Cup finals ever.....plus winning the league cup a couple of times

I was quoting someone else Pointing out, that comments saying until we win the league everything else is that, is well and good and I undestand that, but how the heck can the European Cup be put in that bracket!

 

I love 'em all, and I love the Super Cup as well
