Currently involved in a project dedicated to building a new intranet system for a MNC using MS Sharepoint 2003.

 

We've done most of the mundane stuff but now have a budget to introduce a few innovative features. Despite being a conservative organisation there is a certain amount of carte blance with regard to what can be implemented. With that in mind, if you worked for a MNC and had to use an intranet system- what would you like on it to make it worth using besides what they force you to use it for?

 

I've got external newsfeeds, menus and booking for the restaurants on site, lifestyle deals and all the usual bumpf but wouldn't mind putting in something completely left field yet haven't the imagine or access to decent drugs to think anything up. Another case of YNWA inspired inspiration needed...
