Night Of My Life

I had the pleasure of being in the Alma De Cuba bar in town last night my friend is a doorman their and let me and my wife + friends in. Liverpool arrived and had hired the top floor it was a magical evening they played Ring of Fire a couple of times some players waved to us from above and Riise is a womaniser and a half his shirt was undone and he just loved the attention.

About a couple of hours into the evening after the players had their meal my mate grabs hold of me and said do you want to go upstairs with your wife to mingle with the players, well you can imagine my response we went upstairs and the next thing I was in a room full of my heroes I just couldn't beleive it I was like a kid on Xmas morning.

I shook hands with almost all the players and they where fantastic especially I have to say were the spanish players they really look happy to meet you.

Kewell looked totally pissed off sitting away from most of the other players with sheri.Carra and Gerrard were in a room on their own and didn't mingle at all, but the highlight of the evening was shaking hands with the man himself RAFA what a moment I was awe struck I shook his hand and thanked him for doing such a fantastic job and he said to me that's very kind of you it was unbeleivable.

I did say something stupid to David Moores though I shook his hand and said 'you have got to back this manager big time and he just looked at me and raised his eyebrows, once I sobbered up this morning I was a bit embarassed about it.

Me and my wife spent about an hour upstairs until we were asked to leave by the manager but it was the greatest hour of my life totally unbeleivable.

Oh by the way Didi smokes like a chimney and Sammi was smoking a cigar.
