Fecking idiot living in me ma's house

me mam works away so rents her house out to her cousin.

He is a complete bum but she didnt know that at the time cos she handt seen him for ages, anyway she let him rent the house for cheap rent so he would look after her cats.

Anyway he lost his job he gets £58 a week so the council pays the rent now £168 a month when a house like that should be renting for £500 per month at the least. Me mams just put a new floor in 2 rooms costing 2 grand a brand new bathroom new doors on every room new double glazing windows painted the house. So basically he lives in a lovely house for feck all.

Anyway every time me mam pops round he hasnt got any gas on (as its the gas card system) the house is a tip and basically he's wrecking her house. So obvoisly shes not happy and has been going on at me but I couldnt care to be fair I just want kept out of it and am sick of hearing it.

So any ways I have just been around me mams house to store me bike for the weekend and he starts going on about how he gets £58 a week and cant manage putting heating on. This an that going on and on about every thing. When all I want to do is go. Anyways he was going on and on slagging this and that off he cant see what a good deal he is getting. And is wondering how my mam isnt happy with him. So after about 20 mins of him going on at me. ABout him not needing heating or gas etc...

So anyways I have just put him straight. I told him he is wrecking the house, without putting the heating on he is ruining the floor the doors werent shutting properly as they expanded. He's wrecked the floor by not taking care of it. I told him if he cant afford to buy gas he shouldnt be able to afford to smoke of buy 3 papers a day or go into town for a cup of tea How can you live in a house with nee hot water?

He's got the brand new bath room fecking scruffy the grout has turned black behind the sink and the dirty c*** cuts his tash in the mirror above the mantle peice and leaves it. "whats the matter with that he says to me?" So anyways I pointed out that he is a dirty lazy c*** and its no wonder me ma is pissed off with him.

Feck me I thought I had the end of this when I moved/got kicked out.

Rant over thats better time for a Leam house special naan kebab and a 6/10 filum.
