  1. Essentially yes. Can pretty much ignore the interim ones. We had AGM last Feb so have to keep to 12 months after that to be a complete year. Not sure what all the requirements with reporting this stuff. Down to those who know what the requirements are with that in the finance committee.
  2. Last year AGM ones where interim accounts because we only existed from 2008, so they went up until 31/1/09, but this year's AGM ones go up to 31/3/09 which is the finanicial year then. With online payment amongst other things implemented now it has improved things dramatically.
  3. Take it you are looking at the accounts on our site which go up to March 2009. I don't have the figures to hand, but the travel has been running better. Also, it is not 80 people's membership fees either. That money is already accounted for.
  4. For the coaches? It is planned to run to break even (not for profit). So the coach fee you pay pays for the coach to run. The first year this wasn't the case with teething problems, so any extra income from events will have covered that. Things are running better now though, so any profits can be used back into the coaches to try and keep it at the best value possible.
  5. Can't remember exact figure and depends when cut it off, but think it was somewhere in the 100-200 region in the few days afterwards. Nothing from Purslow. And membership doesn't subsidise travel. The membership fee doesn't even cover all admin and membership costs.
  6. So, what did SOS say then. Sell 4, Get one free. Sold - Voronin, Dossena, Buchtmann, Mihaylov for a total of around £8m. Bought - Maxi Rodriguez for free. Pretty close that.

  8. Understand the sentiment, but the main priority of things is to protest against the owners. Its not being naive at all with not protesting tomorrow. If he doesn't turn up we have made our point. If he does turn up it severely damages the level of trust between the club and the Police. It would be the wrong decision in my eyes for protests sake on Derby day. Obviously if he turned up then it would have been different.

  10. We don't intend to hinder it. We just have to be cautious and not get lulled into anything like with the "for everything else there is Tom and George" type banners.

  12. To note, these questions were answered by e-mail directly from Ian Ayre as well.
  13. Just their way of selling the story. Nothing more has been said to us yet.
  14. That is why we want to meet investors to talk to them about all this.
  15. Purslow wouldn't be drawn on that. I doubt RBS would want to put us into administration, but it is always a possibility. Don't lie to us and don't do anything that could destroy our club.
  16. Its not about supporting Rafa, minimum transfer budget though. Its about not being lied to, failing to live up to promises and burdening the club with so much debt that our capacity to operate is severely reduced. The main emphasis is the lies. If they don't lie to fans and put the security of the club in jeopardy then there is no reason to protest against them.
  17. Exactly. If the owners did the right thing we would have no reason to protest against them. We could then concentrate more on other things.
  18. Let me correct you on that. One of our constant aims is "To hold whoever owns the football club to account." That means trying to get Hicks and Gillett out, but also why we want to speak to new owners as well. We wont protest for protests sake, but you don't want to go from the frying pan into the fire. Personally, I would much prefer to be able to enjoy a pre match drink every week rather than protest, but the protests need to be done to put more pressure on Hicks and Gillett for the good of the club, hence why myself and others take part.
  19. We did. Haven't heard anything since from them.
  20. We did what was honest and the right thing to do. We have unlocked a key piece of information that they have to get £100m of investment at least in 6 months otherwise RBS wont refinance it. This £100m figure was known about, but nobody knew it was a requirement. This is an important piece of information for potential owners and their ability to push through the purchase of the club.
  21. You can join by post. http://www.spiritofshankly.com/join-by-post.html
  22. It will obviously be discussed at the AGM. But I believe that we must carry on. We can further highlight to investors that the protests are against the owners and no one else. We can't just ease off now, we have to keep on going. The main problem is there valuation and we need to keep pressing to make them sell. Essentially I see the protests as a key part of helping potential new owners being able to buy the club. They are still on our site.
