It's just such an odd signing. I get signing someone for the front 3 who improves what we have. But really don't think we need another squad option which effectively he is going to be. Much more pressing issues to address.

For me to think he's done amazing job. He will have needed to have achieved the following by the end of this month. 1) Renewed Trents, Virgils and Salahs contracts. Any of them leaving on a free would be unacceptable. Especially Trent. 2) Sign a minimum of a CB, DM and a forward. All three being first team quality. A second CB would be required if we sell Gomez and Van Den Berg. So I sincerely hope you are right

Yep I think Newcastle have had a £65 mill offer turned down. He's a decent player but saw somewhere his Ariel duels won last season is something as bad as 33%.

I'd be quite relaxed starting Bradley over Trent if Trent isn't intending on staying. But harder with Mo and Virg as we don't have adequate replacements.
