    Bless you. I thought i was the only one who could see this. It's not going to happen under Roy. For him Carra is an "untouchable". But i think its becoming obvious to everyone that Carra needs to be on the bench more than on the pitch this days. And he should cut out all the shouting!

    He just saved a certain goal and he's been very good in attack, but he's GloJo so he can't do anything right?!

    No he isn't. Hodgson was/is the joke as well as us fans who overlook people like Carra,Kuyt who been very poor for a while now and pick on people like Johnson who actually try and play to win.Yes, hes been a bit poor defensively but he still carries most of our attacking potency. One of the few people with pace AND technique we have.

    You've hit the nail right on the head! And no Babel or Pacheco on the bench. Where's the pace in case we need it?

    Think a lot of people on here need to remove their blinkers now.Carra's done as first team player, been so for a while. I watched the game against Northampton too, everyone was saying Babel was awful, but what i saw was a player trying to take on players along with Jova,Kelly and Pacheco, whilst the others where just going through the motions. Roy is'nt the only cause of our problems but i don't think he can make it better. Its going to be one long season.

    Just don't understand it, everygame this seems to happen. Are the players lacking in fitness? Every team this days seem to out hustle us.

    Big mistake.Raul should have stayed on unless his legs where gone, he was dictating the play.

    Think you're been very harsh on him.He's done is job well all through the game, our problems are elsewhere.

    We haven't played so badly. Just seem to lack the belief we can actually score. Torres seems to be somewhere else or maybe wishes he was! Maxi's anon. Poulsen, Gerrard and Meireles have been ok, so have been the others. Konchesky's just out of his depth.

    It's going to a long, depressing season which I fear will end in our terminal decline. Lucas, Kuyt and dare i say it Carragher have to be eased out of the team. Gerrard is a great player but he needs to play further up. Where does that leave Joe cole? I dont know. We also need a left back.

    Honestly can we not do better than Kuyt? Yes he works hard but he's not liverpool material, same goes for Lucas.

    Sorry, but i think Roy's got the formation wrong for the last two games. And why did we let Aquilani go out on loan? Without Joe Cole we dont have many other creative players. I hope there's a pleasant surprise or two before September 1st, else its going to be a long season.

    We look so pedestrian. Lucas just does not have the physical presence to be a midfield 'enforcer'.

    Lucas is a very ordinary player. I've seen him play many times this season and theres just NOTHING special about him. Surely we could do better, he simply has no presence and doesn't dominate games.There are other players who aren't playing well right now but at least we know they can do better,question is can Lucas raise his game to another level? I dont think so and that's based on watching him over an extended period of time.
