  1. You are dreaming. We haven't played Blackpool. Don't worry, a win takes us to 10th.
  2. And Rafa was a bad football man to receive all that hatred last season? You are a f*cking pathetic with your posts. He would have included it if Rafa was in charge. But Uncle Roy gets a free pass on that one.
  3. And earning a hard earned point against the mighty Birmingham and Sunderland.
  4. He should have said 'what worked at Blackburn can work here'
  5. Yeah because last season we were not in the bottom 3 with 6 points from 6 games. And our performances in those early games were no where near as pathetic as what we have seen this season. Even in those early losses (Tottenham excepting) there were some very good performances early on. For example, Villa at home - we absolutely battered them for the first 20 minutes until they scored two goals from set pieces. Contrast that with this season where all we have seen is sh*t followed by sh*t performance. There isn't anything to hang your hat onto. We are going spare because we have been getting outplayed by the likes of Sunderland at home. I have absolutely no confidence that RH will be able to turn it around. If we get a point tomorrow you can guarantee Roy saying "it was a well hard earned point. We have taken a small step to get out of the bottom three. We will continue to take these small steps that should hopefully secure our place in the premiership for next season".
  6. But we expected to finish in the top 4 or were we aiming for 7th? If it is the latter then why did we get rid of Rafa because he could have delivered that.
  7. Yet you were going mental last October complaining how we were out of the title race. Or are you now applying double standards by lowering your expectations?
  8. Yet the same players are languishing in the bottom 3. A win tomorrow would see us move to 10th. Whoopedee doo.
  9. Ok but the same squad now is in the bottom 3. What standard should we apply to this season then? Lovey dovey Roy Hodgson standard?
  10. Maybe Roy reckons the table is upside down and we are about to break into the top 3.
  11. Average squad?? Average f*cking squad?? You were quite happy to bang on about how last season's squad was good enough to finish 4th and Rafa deserved to go for not being able to do this. Essentially the same squad is now average?? Or maybe you think that the likes of Poulsen, PFK and Jones have made the squad average? In which case who should take the blame for that?
  12. That is how Rafa was being judged last season. People conveniently brushed aside the ownership situation and laid into Rafa. However, at least Rafa had done enough in past seasons to at least have a chance of turning around last season's disaster. Roy has done absolutely next to nothing in his past career to inspire confidence that he can turn us into world beaters. And honestly if our expectations have dropped to this level, then why did we sack Rafa. People were expecting 4th and were saying that another manager could have achieved 4th with this squad, why now are we accepting our current position of 16th. Surely the squad has not changed much and any changes made have been the manager's doing. And if Carra knows the circumstances RH is operating under, was he f*cking blind last season?
  13. I assume that you had the same stance last season when Rafa was in charge.
  14. Probably on planet Mongo alongside Ming the Merciless.
  15. My sentiments exactly. I never wanted the guy as I wanted Rafa to stay. But once he came here I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. And you know what his quotes during the preseason kind of me think that this guy may actually turn out to be quite good for us. Then came the bizarre signings but even then I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. But what really pushed me over the edge was his comments after Birmingham and Utd games. I was angry enough at the performances but his post match comments really made my blood boil. He has shown me nothing since to change my opinion about him. If anything it seems to get worse. I think at this time if you gave him a Bugatti Veyron and he get's overtaken by this he will be busy telling us to "not expect me to overtake every car. The driver of the other car has to be respected and I give him all the respect for doing what he did."
  16. Because he came with a very good CV and was saying all the right thing. Plus he was managing in a foreign league for the first time. And there was a gradual improvement in our performances. Under Roy it is completely the opposite - the man just simply does not have a clue and is singlehandedly responsible for the dross we have witnessed so far. And he can't fall back on our home form because that has been just as bad.
  17. Same here. I support the Chicago Bears and at least they have given me something to smile about over the last couple of weeks.
  18. No and I didn't call Roy one. I was merely saying that he is as clueless a manager we have ever had at this club and that he was not fit enough to lace Rafa's boots. Guess that did not go down well with Will.
  19. It is very. I didn't see any posters getting suspended last season when Rafa was getting all kinds of abuse under the sun. Probably not.
  20. Be careful. I got suspended for less than that. I was apparently 'disrespecting the Manager of Liverpool Football Club (sh*tface)'. These were the exact words used by Will.
  21. Why only a caretaker? I think he is more than capable of being here for the long haul and taking us back to the highs we experienced under Rafa.
  22. And I suppose replacing him with this sh*face was also the right thing to do? Maybe another 5 games in and 3 points above the relegation zone may make you revise that statement.
  23. Not having that mate. They may care about the club but some of the sh*t they mentioned about Rafa last season was unacceptable. It was clear that the likes of DH and Kev had already made their mind up about Rafa as far back as 2007 and were just waiting for last season to air their views and stick the knife in. Roy was meant to be a breath of fresh air, something that was needed at the club. Well he has stunk out the joint more than any manager at LFC. At least Souness had a bit of fire at his post match interviews. DH et al take note - "Be careful what you wish for".
  24. According to you they were supposed to get better - yep Roy is a massive improvement on Rafa.
  25. He was supposed to get more out of a very good squad that Rafa was incapable of doing according to you. Why the change of heart? Surely we must give him 20 games.
