Very strong first half, there was a period where Spurs looked like they were finding a way through but we look a much more resilient team with Konate winning everything and covering for Trent.

I think he’s very Sturridge like in his shoot on sight policy, from almost anywhere. I was a little concerned about his close control when we were signing him but even though it’s not the best on occasion he just blast by all of that nonsense and looks almost unstoppable. Brilliant with his head, pretty much 2 footed and extremely fast and most importantly of all he’s very good looking

I don’t think he was even trying to score on the first 2 and it was a very good save from the keeper (on his last effort)
