This formation is consistent with successful formation deployed in the 2nd half of the last season. After Olympics, Babel can play as left winger. The only problem i see with this formation is Dirt Kyut. Although he has termendous work-rate but he hasn't got the pace to take on defenders which is why he weakens this formation.
