none of that really made any dangers tonight though, 3 freak errors from mash, aurelio and arbeloa caused us the game. 4 shots on target 4 goals... similar mistakes cost us against chelsea as well, they better get their heads right in the next few matches, hope they dont give up and attack like we've done in the last month.

Thats Brede Hangeland, way too slow for us. Our backline wouldnt be able to stand as high as it does with him in the side. Thing is, Sami is like 3cm taller then both Skrtl and Agger, they just gotta learn how to apply themselves on attacking set pieces.

villa are pants... they didnt attack with more then 3 players at a time, managed to get two goals and still they didnt see that they could put the pressure on united. instead they retreated to their own half. s****...

yeah but a win for them tomorrow would still make us playing catch up (not looking on the games in hand). just hope we'll still be top on monday

Also read that Barca might wanna sell Hleb if they decide to go for Ribery. The few times ive seen Hleb play hes been pretty good, and the arsenal fans i know rate him quite highly.

I can understand why he's saying that, but our players should f***ing wake up and bite when the others dont at this point. All through the season we have failed to capitalize on united and chelsea stumbles.

I only started following Liverpool closely in the early 90's (92-93 i think) and looking back at the teams of the 90's only Fowler is a legend in my books. Only Owen and McManaman are close, their not legends for obvious reasons. And I know Rush and Barnes still played for us in the 90's but their stars had already been signed so... In the current squad(starting from the GH era) I view Sami & Gerrards as legends. Not sure why I dont view Carra as one as of yet. But Sami was/is a big factor in lifting Liverpool from where we were, of course one man dosnt make a team, but he is still here while most have been shipped out as they expired.

just give him a contract for as many years as he wants, the last thing he wants is probably leaving liverpool. he hasnt lost anything from his game since he came to us. hes only getting better and he can teach our young ones quite a lot i assume.

trying to tear off another players willy should make it serious violent conduct IMO.

sometimes i wish we had gray and all them on norwegian telly. those we got are usually quite alright :/

lucas did well today, worked hard, did the easy things, sometimes you could wish he aimed his passes more upfield but he isnt Alonso. helped Aurelio keeping Ronaldo away from danger for the better part of the whole match. this performance should really help his confidence.
