The current team cant get the ball to him at all when he plays 2nd striker. I belive if he had been playing in midfiled all season with Benny in the hole we would be around 8 points better off by now.

Looked good but 50 pc fit to me. He would leave massive holes in the midfield did not have the energy to chase players down. He would get bypassed against a good premiership team. Nowwhere near ready for a premiership start, which is quite worrying at this stage of the season. Dont think he'll be anything like fit until new year.

His set pieces where 100pc improvement from his normal 'efforts'. Keep it up and we'll start banging them in , lets start v a***. Main difference is that he whipping it in with pace. Like we all knew he could baffalling really.

Its the lesser of 2 evils but I would give Babel 3 starts on the right in a row, giving Kuyt a 'rest'. Serves 2 purposes Babel cant be any worse than Kuyt right now if he is bring Kuyt Back in after 3 games all the fresher.

Hes good when torres and gerrard are in the team as he does a lot of donkey work and creates space for the better players. Very apt given that he has the first touch of one - a donkey that is.

If Skrtle and / or Carra does not improve soon we are going to need to fork out on a new aerially dominat centre back. Its clear in my mind that we go in to every game at the moment s***ting it every time a ball comes into our box. Other teams are exploiting this and will continue to do so untill be sort our s*** out. The greeks clearly not upto the pace of the premiership. Could Martin Kelly be any worse in the air than the dog-awful Skrtle?
