I wouldn't put it that way. Up to now, there's been an improvement season on season - this season is the first one that's shaping up like it may be a disappointment. In my book, Rafa should have the chance to turn this around, but frankly, if it doesn't happen next season, I don't think it will. I think the main problem in this scenario would be that the players would have lost the belief in the manager that is necessary for success. I believe this happened with Houllier and that is why it was time for him to go.
