I'm not sure why this lad isn't getting more minutes on the pitch but, when I look at our young players in the squad and those out on loan it looks like we are looking after them for the future. I haven't checked and I may be wrong but all our loaned players seem to be playing bit parts at their respective clubs and Markovich, Can, Moreno, Manquillo haven't been overused. Maybe they're just not good enough but there does seem to be a pattern, Sterling would be getting less time if we had more quality too I'd guess.

Good point, just doesn't have a good history of helping teams that are in it. Hopefully we can give all these promising youngsters a go
