Last week's game was the most non fussed I've been in ages, no idea why, maybe it's being happy with the league position and not being greedy enough ( I mean me, not a reflection on others). We lost a game of football on penalties to a very good team. Next year with the revamp and a kinder draw we will do better

Not long awake and I'm over the defeat. We got a tough draw, played poorly in Paris, a lot better last night, but over the two games we made an incredible amount of bad decisions. I don't think we can blame individuals, we just came up against a better and fast team. Once it goes to penalties it's easier to take a loss I think. The one thing that really annoyed me last night, our press was brilliant, forced their keeper to hoof it out and then we passed it back to our goalie from their half, several times !What was the point of the press ,to win the ball to do that? Anyhow, it's done, we're out. Hopefully the players are angry and use it towards Sunday and wrapping the league up. Until next year with a completely different set up when we go again

Phew, overall they edged it. It really could have been 3-3 , like last week could have been. I'm glad we came out second half and played well, no shame there, they're a good team.

Their goal was scored after we had a throw in in their half, we passed it back then hit a long ball, why? There again we did the same thing, wtf is the point of pressing to win the ball just to pass it back to our goalie.

A good result but we do make life difficult for ourselves. We looked as if we wanted to pass the ball all over the park first half, bar towards the actual goal and without any pace. Virgil messed that up at the back and threw Ali to the wolves, rather than just kick it out. That's a few times we've seen him do this, luckily it didn't cost us ,unlike the Arsenal game last year! Diaz is on a poor run, I've no idea what he's meant to be doing. I assume Slot doesn't tell him to clatter into as many opposition players as possible , yet he does. We miss Gackpo out there, and I suspect he will be back soon to fire us to a few trophies. Nunez was everything in one game, shocking, chaotic, lethal, troublesome, dangerous and lucky. Take that as you want but he is entertaining ,maybe not always for us haha Second half we improved how we played ,some players still didn't do much, but we got away with it against a poor team and rightly so. Throw in a proper LB, a normal number 9 and a bit of muscle to midfield and we might win it all again next year

I know Jota was never lighting quick, but he used to be able to sprint. At the minute he's always seems to be caught with the ball which he never used to be.

We never look anywhere close to being a great team whilst we play slowly. I'm not sure whether it's the personell or just a coincidence, but in order to win this we need a dramatic turn around by everyone out there. I think I moved quicker doing my yoga this morning than half our lads did out there. 3 subs, good.
