    If I was to describe Kuyt in one word from what I've seen of the guy on the telly, 'workaholic' definitely comes to mind. He'll be a great fit with us, consistent and hard-working. Like Meier with a hell of a lot more skill and a great shot on him.

    Think the ref didn't do too bad. The Italians were diving but the yanks were playing hard. The yanks won't beat Ghana.

    Argentina were brilliant yesterday, think their only weakness is their goalkeeper. Can't get the ball back to work him though!

    gutted for crouchy, no indication of his Liverpool form in this game. That said, he did have the odd game where he wasn't 'on'.

    wow, great game. Like the look of Torres, hope he's coming to us. We gotta get him to stay on his feet a bit more though, don't like the falling over he looked fond of doing. But bloody hell, what a goal!

    Ujfalusi and Jankulovski continue to impress as well. Ujfalusi has looked a useful player for awhile, surprised he hasn't been snapped up by a 'big' club.
