I think the point was being made about dishonesty and cheating. Obviously this will take other forms in other areas of life. In an office it's unlikely to be as obvious as a shoulder charge One problem with the feigning injury stuff is there are so many different levels of it that it would be impossible to cover them all in the rules. Referees would have to have a lot of autonomy to judge each situation on it's merit. I'd love to see the very clear and obvious instances of feigning injury get punished. Maybe if we started there, the effects would trickle down to discourage less obvious stuff too.

Indeed - that's why a player caught doing this is generally sent off and banned fora few games.
