  1. Robbie Keane played for Spurs tonight. Berbatov didn't. I'm not doubting ES or nothing, but maybe the Keane transfer isn't as far on as we'd hoped.
  2. Elisha we need an update!!
  3. Shankslegend of RAWK thinks Middlesborough is were he'll end up.
  4. Anfield should be set a light with all those in it, should we ever hear that ridiculous 'Keano, Keano' chant. Although i am rather fond of his machine gun celebration that can stay
  5. C'mon Elisha now that the cats out, spill the details
  6. By the way on the radio tonight, Hunter said it was Carra who put the idea of Keane into Rafa's head. Make of that as you wish.
  7. Don't shoot the messenger lol
  8. Taken from TLW - Graham Hunter was on Irish radio and said;
  9. Last year in the league Keane got; 15 goals - 7 assists. Not bad at all.
  10. Kaizer, with us having been linked with Silva a number of different times over the past few years, what's your 'expert' opinion on him? I seem to remember you saying before, that you hadn't seen much of him, and what you had saw of him you weren't overly impressed?
  11. Kaizer's prediction of Portugal in the final looking well now eh lol?
  12. Villa seems to like playing in red with the number 7. Coincidentally we have a spot just like that open for the taking! Sign him up. NOW.
  13. Elisha strikes again. Has to be Stankovic!
  14. There's absolutly no coincidence that we started playing better when Xabi came from injury. People who think the game is all about last ditch slide tackles or running a million miles, will see the importance of Alonso if he goes. Alonso has a great footballing brain. Better than anyone else's in our team. He's one step ahead of the play all the time. His positional sense means he's in the right places before most other's see them. When he plays are midfielders and defenders always have an outlet i.e the simple ball to his feet, as he's generally unmarked. People moan about him losing the ball. That's generally the fault of those in front of him who've failed to give him an option and are marked. He's not the fastest player we've ever had, but nor was Fowler. Their reading of the game means their always one step ahead of the rest. If we sell Alonso to bring in Gareth Barry, who although is a good playe, then i really don't know what to think. If Alonso hadn't of went off against Arsenal at the start of the season then there's no way we draw that game. As i said, absolutly no coincidence we were poor for most of the period he was injured, and better again when he returned.
  15. ShanksLegend on Rawk: David Villa - Dreams may yet come true, not saying its going to happen but from what i've heard tonight at togger, all may not be lost on this chap. ---- Praying this happens.
