    Negativity

I'm not sure the negativity is at the end of the game or at the beginning. We don't go out to win it in the firat half. And eventually finish up defending a one goal lead from the first half. Christ if these players cant rip the a*** out of the opposition then we are in a sorry state.. Time to throw caution to the wind and go out and rip them.

    Lucas

It's not a question of him having time for me, it's a question of movement of other players. Xabi makes time for himself by pulling the ball back towards goal which gives him space to look up and pick his passes. Lucas is more of a move the ball forward type of player and plays just a little further forward of Xabi and needs players to move, if they don't he tends to linger a little and hence gets caught. His improvement is more to do with the mobility of the players around him, than anything to do with his game.

    Pellegrino

Noticed how classy Carra is starting to look now. Still the same aggression but seems to be so cool while patrolling his area. It seems like he's had an insight into reading the development of play and is already there to defend it quicker rather than the gut busting charges to cover

    WTF!

Christ. I sold golden goals at Goodison when I was young for cash. They used to give us a ticket too. Quit after a couple of games Really missed the cash but the atmosphere was s****
  11. Not necessarily so.Although if they get into bragging rights with Abu Dhabi then yeah. Still hoping they are coming in to create a sustainable business model that follows our traditions rather than just creating a plastic moulded club as Abramovic and Abu Dhabi appear to be doing with Man C. If they can do that then we should be safe when the bubble eventually bursts. Live in hope
  12. I agree, I'd rather not have a 200K stadium than not have a 60K one. Funnily enough I'm starting to doubt myself at thisd point. Half of me would like to get back to local ownership by someone who can't push the boat out and runs the club on a sound financial basis regardless of the inevitable lack of succes along the way. Improving and developing Anfield bit by bit so we are not in debt and should the a*** fall out of everything watch all the other f*****s disappear down the plug hole while we return to the top with our integrity intact. The other half wants to rule the world with a mega stadium and the worlds best players. Is it so easy to jump ship to the bridge.
  13. and nothing ever will be it seems unless they build a plastic one
  14. It's not a question of 'In Raffa we trust' is it. It's his job, and his job on the line. Maybe next season we may be talking about the decisions that cost him his job or maybe what an astute move that was that got us the, or very near, to the title. Either way I'll still be here and still have a job, that's if if I manage to get one at my age. Make your decisions Raffa and you will stand or fall by them. That's what we got you for.
