Moaninho probably doesn't give a f*** about whether United can sustain this spend or how much should they spend on Pogba or anyone. Most likely he just asks for the player and says do whatever it takes. Klopp isn't like that and never will be. FSG might have their flaws but us not signing players right now wouldn't be down to that. If Klopp felt he needed xyz, was willing to spend all of his budget on him and FSG refused, he'd either be convinced by the reasons or he'd make it clear to 'them' (may not even be publicly) that he won't stand for it. The only way we would come to know is when he'd leave ahead of his contract expiring. Yes, that is the kind of person he seems to be.
