I think Rodgers will love Henderson, he's young, has a great engine and all of his teammates say he works incredibly hard in training and is always looking to learn. Add to that his natural game just seems to fit with Rodgers plan, last year he was constantly moving off the ball, looking for it and playing simple one-two passes all over the field.

We probably had to pay Aquilani a hefty pay-off though since he didn't hand in a transfer request. Plus the payrise to Suarez might offset the loss of Maxi i.e., and if we are considering offering Skrtel and Agger new contracts then all of a sudden all savings are gone!
