Campbell, with his experience, should of realised the ref was in the way and been in position to prevent it in the first place. But I agree, I'd be fuming - not so much at the ref but the fact Vermalen (i guess in our case it'd be carra/skrtl/agger) was completely switched off. Yea, I remember the game (can't remember who it was against though) where he basically asked the ref can he take it quickly. EDIT: Here it is -

FA should also include some sort of fine for their fans lashing money and bottles at Bellamy last night. I mean it wasn't even a fair fight, they could at least of given Bellamy a golf club to defend himself,

If Degen wasn't injured then I would of taken off Lucas and brought on Pacheco. If he was injured, then it was a logical sub.

He did make a couple of decent driving runs up the wing, cutting in a few times too. The rest of his performance was in par with the teams.

Health and safety gone mad? People seem to be forgetting that they're not the only one going to the ground. There are the older fans who find the pavements dangerous, as well as the spurs fans who've got the travel down the M6. "grit it" they shout, hard to when there's a shortage of the stuff, and even still that doesn't really help when the snow is falling quicker than the grit they're throwing down. I agree with stressederic, imagine if your relative was killed because they were involved in an accident whilst traveling to the ground. It's the best option and you know it.

Not saying they never, but you were talking about snow. That can be shoveled away, but when you've got one of the coldest seasons in 20 odd years you can see why games are being called off. It's a sensible decision.
