We've been incredibly lucky with a few key positions, even though we've had some injuries. We looked clueless without Hendo against Sunderland. We've got no-one to cover that role long term. Milner has now 31 and has virtually played every minute this season. Imagine if something happened to him long term? Matip has been unavailable for long periods too. Thankfully Lovren and Klaven have stayed fit. Imagine if something happened to either? Isn't Lovren still a yellow away from a game ban? We've not really missed Coutinho. But now Mane is gone for a month. Going to be interesting how we cope without his pace. Maybe Origi can fill in there as he's the only one similar. Need Sturridge to stay fit at least until Mane returns.

And I'll be shaking my head if we finish 5th or 6th this season because our squad is not strong or big enough. All of our rivals have much better squad depth to cope with injuries. We don't.

f*** me. Lucas instead of Can? Some people are just mental. In all truth, Lucas is nowhere near good enough for either defence or midfield. He's ok option when it's a cup game against lower league opposition, but that's it. Madness that Klopp selected him ahead of a fit Klaven for the Bournemouth game.

Leicester winning the league was probably the worst example for both Klopp and FSG in terms of them managing to win it with such a small squad not having European games to deal with. They had the luxury of doing it with pretty much the same team week in week out with no injuries pretty much to deal with. They went out of all cup competitions pretty early too. We've got 2 legs of a semi in the Cap One cup in between Manc c**** away and Chelsea at home.
