    Yeah, but then it's fine to point out that those losing their s*** maybe need a bit of perspective?

    Always the same bells with the self-indulgent whining. It's lucky we win most of our games because the tidal wave of cry-arsing from some when a scratch team gets beaten suggests that they will complete lose the plot if and when the first team puts in a s*** performance.

    Well we'll never know because the starting midfield was disrupted immediately by Gomez's injury. Anyway, I strongly disagree that we should have used more of the first team squad, and that's from a position of wanting to win the game. That team should have won, they just didn't play well enough.

    Then you have to play significantly more first team squad players but that would have been daft with five league games in fifteen days.

    We played a scratch side like we expected and that side was disrupted by an injury in the first few minutes. Endo having to move back has probably had a significant effect.
