    How much time would he then have to spend on identifying players or checking out how good they are fit into the team? It's almost another full time job and means less time to do the job he's been doing this season. If it's only "signing off on" players then his opinion is going to biased towards the 2/3/4 games he's seen those players play against him. Perhaps he should let the transfer committee do their job and not get involved.

    Bit more respect please, they did win the UEFA Cup in '96 by beating Rapid Wien in the final, and were joint Intertoto cup winners in '01, together with Aston Villa and Troyes.

    We've been brilliant, especially considering it's Slot's first season and he hasn't got a transfer budget. Let's not overlook that Arsenal don't have a striker and City aren't the machine they once were.

    After Leicester won the league in 2016 (with 81 points) there's been about 90-100 points needed to win the league. Arsenal are on course for 76. It's an 'easy' season to win the league. We've done really well with a new manager, though our final points tally would only win 3/4 out of the 9 titles since Leicester, including this one.

    Yeah, we're 3 points ahead of their total and they each have a game in hand. So i reckon when they've played those we'll be 3 points ahead of them.
