It's like he's doing the physical stuff of the '8' role but in the the '10' position. He's not your classic fancy nr. 10 like a Deco, Rui Costa, Ozil, Coutinho with clever touches and delicate passes.

if he's keeping 3 occupied he might be seen as 'quiet' but it's leading to lots of space for us in other areas of the pitch
