    Hmm….. not quite. It’s not a democracy so they don’t a say on what the money is spent on. Further there is no personal income tax on Saudis. (There is on non-Saudis) Our government spends our money and spending public money generally comes under a lot of scrutiny (unless it’s to their family and cronies in the form of dodgy contracts) Our government spunks billions on all kinds of hair-brained schemes, tourism and sport. the difference is accountability (stop sniggering at the back)
