Normally I would agree with you but I actually thought these nominations were pretty reasonable... For sure, you could make a case for Crouch beeing in there, but never on the expense of Ibrahimovic. He's been absolutely brilliant ever since moving to Inter (and often before that as well..)

If there actually is a 11m signing I would guess that it is Pato. I believe that he has a release clause in the region of €14-16m and a really don't think that a more high profile signing like those you mentioned above could be kept a secret for so long. Then again, most likely the whole story is b******s..

And why is it impossible that the people who claimed that no extra money had been made available for Rafa were wrong - at that time? Obviously, something weren't right, otherwise Rafa would never have acted the way he did the night after Athens.

I wouldn't rule out the possibility of him staying at West Ham though. If the reports about them offering a few millions in order to keep him on loan for another year is true then I think that it is a definite possibility. It could be a smart move by Kia 'cause if Tevez continues his form he could probably make £30m+ on him next summer. It's hard to say what Tevez would say about it but with West Ham paying f***ing Lucas Neill 70k a week, I'm sure they could come up with a crazy enough offer to persue Tevez to stay for a year.
