    to say money isnt an issue why are so many clubs geared up just to stay in the prem. and if you bring in a small standing section how long till its spread around the ground.

    i will alway view standing with fences. there will be some fools who will make the police bring them in for "safety" as it goes i can take my 9 year son to the match in safety.

    the only people who advocate standing at grounds do so for profit . you can get more standing than seating. be weary of little clubs trying to bring it in to make money.

    sometimes it's hard to explain to my daughter (who is 9) just what great players I have seen - Keegan, highway, Kennedy ®, souness, molby, beardsley, rush, barnes, hansen.............Kenny the list is endless. got to agree with you my son is 9 and allways asking about the same players , he is allways searching the internet looking for old clips "knowledge is power "

    i remember running home from school and my mum standing at the front door with my butties in a sunblessed wrapper. she wouldnt let me take my duffel coat off , seeing kids hanging of the back of the bus and wishing i was that mad to do it. it was my first night match and could not believe how green the pitch was under floodlights.or how that fella could throw a mars bar to the right person in the kop. when fairclough scored ended up face first into the kop wall didnt feel no pain .
