    Exactly...their fans are quite deluded, and it's constantly exacerbated by their weird, neurotic manager. I've a few gooner friends I've lost a bit of respect for, or rather pity a bit cos they're losing their grip on reality

    Szoboszlai's work rate is herculean, and his final ball is has improved massively, so important for us now

    They'll put it up to us, cos its us...but they're seriously depleted in ability to control a game, their defence is dodgy, Haaland is injured, they know they're done this season. It's there for the taking, if we perform we beat them

    The more I think about the Everton and Newcastle draws the worse it gets There was something naive and overly casual about our attitude...we needed some annoying gamesmanship, some Arsenal style time wasting, some s*** housery to get us over the line. Instead we play them both at football til the death and make nervous errors

    If we actually start performing again we'll beat them both. We've lost all our fluency and we're super nervy at the back, dunno if it's tiredness or what but we need to remember we're the best team in the league

    Agree with everything said here, he's a liability at this stage. But still feel for him a bit, his confidence is completely shot due to being barely, grudgingly tolerated by Slot He was a Klopp project, Jurgen could have squeezed more change out of him by building his self belief. Its not Slots fault he's stuck with him, but he really shouldn't still be here

    We look tired, and nervy at the back. Need a performance, a few key players not quite on it...Grav, Ali, Robbo Still confident, just need that one big performance and win to give us the energy to bring it home

    Thank f*** for the result Very nervy. We badly need a confidence boosting dominant performance against Villa.. not sure we'll get it, midfield looks tired, there's less of that penetrating, through the lines passing we saw earlier in the season

    The assist for Macs goal was beautifully timed and delivered to perfection And nobody else is scoring that goal, they'd snap at and skew it, distracted by the defender. Mo has zen brain for goals

    No they don't !!! Seriously, YugoB is right that Slot has addressed it somewhat, it was a much bigger issue before...but that goal last night induced ptsd in me, it wasn't the ref giving them a non foul, it was Konate not switched on to track Beto's run, and Virgil too casual to cover him. We still start games sluggishly and only come alive after we've conceded. I want it stamped out completely

    This is true but its troubling that in both games we conceded first, very frustrating habit due to us starting sluggishly. Really want Slot to sort this out
