  17. If Keane signs for anyone other than Celtic it just sums the bloke up totally. He is extremely rich, he has won pretty much everything with Man U, he is only going to be on a short term contract with whichever club he plays for. He has said previously that he wants to end his career at his boyhood club Celtic. So here we are Roy, tailend of your career, no tied contract to any club, being able to pick any club you choose. Oh and you're very rich! 3 Options 1)What are you going to do Roy, take the £100K+ at Real where most fans think you're too old and where they have consistently missed out on the big trophies despite the 'galactico's policy? 2) Are you going to stick to a League you know and get another fat pay cheque at Everton or Bolton or a.n other, and get more Haaland type revenge, despite saying you could never play for anyone but Utd? 3) Will you take a modest £20k and play for your boyhood club Celtic, where they will love you and your shocking loss of pace will not be noticed? Tricky one isn't it?

  20. Cisse has been one of our better players........ ... Well behind Alonso. ...oh and Gerrard... ... of course Carra ... not forgetting Finnan .... or indeed Reina ... come to think of it Garcia .... Crouchy's played well ..... that Hyypia has looked solid ..... Hamann has been a star when he's got his chance ...... Warnock has improved hasn't he So aside from the rest of his team, I'd agree
  21. http://www.football365.com/opinion/mailbox...ry_140858.shtml On the above link to the letters page! 'Particularly relevant in view of his comments on Liverpool. They seem to be the media 'darlings' of all time when it comes to this sort of thing - but isn't the blame culture a synopsis of the whole Merseyside philosophy? Starting I guess with the unemployment of the Seventies and Eighties when it was all about militancy against the oppresive capitalist system that took away the 'career'jobs in the docks, as soon as Liverpool Football Club lost their supremacy, nothing was ever their fault again. We are brow-beaten into believing that the truly terrible, God-awful scenes of Hillsborough (and whoever witnessed them live on TV will never forget) were solely the responsibility of South Yorkshire Police. Everyone knows they rushed the gates, it happened in those days. But no-one publicly was allowed to say that. And most football fans do not sing songs referring to it (Millwall excepted apparently). However, it's alright for Liverpool and Citeh fans to sing about Munich as we tediously hear at every game against them. Does that make ManYoo fans angry? You bet it f****** does. Does it mean we are going to riot? No it doesn't. But when the sub-humans at Millwall refer to Hillsborough, then its okay for scousers to start scrapping and trying to kill them. So by their twisted logic it's alright to throw objects at a 19-year-old footballer who they have subjected to verbal abuse all game and God knows what outside the ground to his family. So he cups his ears - does that mean he wants to fight each and every one of them? Get real, take ownership and if you don't like it, don't give it. ' Steve Long I have made my feelings known!
