  1. Can't believe have poor Milner and Henderson are in possession. Its every f***ing time
  2. Let's be honest, we've got huge problems. This is f***ing Norwich making look like c****. As did Watford, Newcastle, West ham etc. But really no surprise. Look at our players. Mignolet, one of the weakest goalies we've ever had. Clyne and moreno pave but no brains. Sakho and toure, average at best. What does henderson offer? Think about it. Milner Lucas Can ditto. Really think about it, what do they offer? Firmino, decent but goes missing. Ibe has promise. That's it. Mid table is where we are at. Klopp has inherited tosh, but I expected more from him than we've had so far too be totally honest
  3. When you look at what Rodgers had failed to do, itso incompetent in the extreme. .. Failed to properly replace Suarez despite spending more than 110 million in one window. Failed to plan to or properly replace our captain, talisman of 10 plus years or the centre mid position generally Failed to add any significant pace to our side Failed to address the defence despite spending millions in his time here
  4. If Rodgers had balls he'd hook Lovren half time
  5. It was plain obvious from before the season even started we'd struggle for goals. No pace or width. Hey presto....
  6. Lol. Hands up, I thought he was great second half! Thought it was a tremendous turnaround from the manager and players, after being so awful first half we dominated the second. Great character from them
  7. Have you even watched the first half? Do you really think Henderson should replace Gerrard as captain? To go from the best player the club has had to henderson as captain is a hideous decision if it happens. Great bloke and he earned the right to stay at the club after nearly being sold 18 months ago. But Gerrard in his prime would be b******ing everyone now, Henderson has simply decided to go missing, he's taking the easy option after an awful first 10 minutes. As for Sturridge, he's our best striker, but I've always thought he thinks he's better than he is. Hate the way he tries stuff when others are in better positions, not in the same way as Ballot, but still very frustrating
  8. Sturridge just f*** off. Thinks he better than he is
  9. Can needs hooking. He looks f***ing hungover. Henderson, after a bad start, has gone missing, he's hiding. That's why he should never be captain IMO
  10. This is f***ing shambolic
  11. Lallana and markovic awful. Can poor in midfield. Sterling total waste at wing back. And I'm going to be controversial here, but we look better without Sturridge. He's very very wasteful on the ball. Big big chance wasted there.
  12. Have to say great performances over the two legs, we do look like we are nearly back to our best. That said, Brendan, Brendan, when we need energy on the pitch, with Gerrard and Lucas both dead on their feet, do we make Johnson (ok Sakho injured I know), Lambert and Mario our three subs, incredible really. Totally against his philosophy and if you had to predict what would happen when those subs were made then it turned out exactly as expected. So begs the question what he was thinking?
  13. Niall Quinn might be bigging us up but I don't think we've been good enough. Phasing way too deep. Most of the time is sterling, Gerrard and couthinho trying to weave through 8 players. Have to take a chance here IMO and start getting more runners from deep and pulling them around a bit. Their two banks of four are just holding and waiting and sticking their foot out to stop us, it's far too easy for them
  14. With the loss of Suarez, arguably the greatest striker the club has seen (in terms of ability), and now the inevitable loss of Gerrard, arguably or greatest ever player even though the time is right for him to leave, Rodgers is now presiding over one of the most critical periods in the clubs history IMO. Having finished second and now looks like we are really struggling, we are really going to need leaders on and off the pitch. I am not convinced we have the necessary leader(s) on it and it remains to be seen if Rodgers is the leader off it. The thing is this is bigger than Rodgers, I'm not saying anything dramatic like we could crumble if things go wrong, but it does feel like we could really fall further behind the pack if he doesn't get the next 6-12 months right.
  15. Been saying for months, Rodgers getting it all wrong with Gerrard, he's gone, certainly for the style of play we want. Either Rodgers is too weak to drop him totally or too blind, either way is not acceptable. Every man and his dog can see how static we are when Gerard plays now, this quarter back nonsense role drives me f***ing insane, it's like changing the whole philosophy and style just to accommodate him
  16. Are you f***ing serious?
  17. Rodgers totally and utterly to blame with probably the most incredible team selection you'll ever see in the circumstances. No matter how bad your squad, confidence, tactics, team selection, performances had been to this point, everything was set up for Rodgers tonight, his job was actually f***ing easy. The circumstances, crowd, everything was there, just pick an attacking team and watch the rest happen. With one foul swoop picking those four centre mids and one lone, slow old striker was incredulous. Made defending and pressing easy for Basle and gave them easy possession. Panned out exactly how you'd expect. After the weekend Rodgers will lose the fans who are still clinging with him
  18. Think you'll find it was Basle who had a decent draw. To suggest otherwise is disrespectful to them. They are miles better than us, and of
  19. The thought did occur to me he wants to sell boroni so much he is forcing him out, at the expense of striking options in an already dire situation in the squad. The man is f***ing slowly losing it
  20. Get f***ing Gerrard off. f*** sake. This emotional tie with Gerard is like a noose around the teams and managers neck. To play four centre mids in a must win home chamiopns league game is bad enough, but to do it when you have a lone striker in Lambert, is f***ing insane. If we go out tonight and lose to utd on the weekend, which is highly likely, is time for Rodgers to go in my book, simple as that.
  21. What he say
  22. To leave Lambert and Gerrard on for that full 90 is f***ing criminal. f***ing abysmal management. He has lost all sense of direction or purpose. Rather than look like we can get out of this mess we are falling deeper and deeper. Where was lallana, where was markovic? 110m down the f***ing drain. Sorry but it is totally unacceptable and inadequate
  23. Buy a chimp? Imitate a chimp?
  24. Gerrard has well and truly gone. Alan smith says Gerard can't get on the ball, 10 seconds after giving it away when he had loads of time and space
  25. Release the inner chimps?
