You are assuming above that the transfer budget that is unused or surplus each season or window rolls over to the following window/season, in fact this might not be the case with G&H could be operating a policy of "use it or lose it" in that any transfer funds budgeted for in close season or raised from sales is not spent in the allocated period is lost, i.e. handed back to the company/club for other purposes eg debt payments.

I think people need to step back about our financial situation and look at what we know. We have punative interest payments on loans that eroding our ability to generate cash. This can't contuine long term. H&G can't afford to keep putting in cash or to pay back the loans. H&G in the 12 months have been looking for an investor/partner to come with them to build stadium H&G offerred 50% to Kuwati's. H&G are scrambling to sell assets in USA to generate cash to meet RBS requirements for loan extension. We don't what the RBS loan conditions for the loan extension. H&G want to hold on , get stadium built and then sell on. So looking at situation from RBS banking point they have H&G with an high interest loan struggling to pay back but with excellent asset (LFC) with serious future potential if future capital investment is put in (Stadium) Following is only guesswork but you can see it happening. So RBS could have insisted that H&G find a partner or they(RBS) will bring one in (Venture Capital Groups) plus they would have to reduce / pay down some of the clubs loans if they wanted a further specific loan for the stadium. So unless we get buyer, and it looks they are none out there, I can see RBS bringing in other investors , taking 50% of club, H&G having to put in cash to match new investors or sell up, loans reduced/ renegotiated, and investors building stadium. Whether club would own stadium or have lease of it from Venture funding don't know. But they are out there V.C. who would look at this situation and think in 5 years time they would get a nice return from our current situation.
