What "right way" to phase a player out though. Most times they'd be moaning kicking and screaming if they think they're good and they suddenly aren't starting. that ginsoak c*** has had his player fallouts over the years that are way worse than AVB's, but you wouldn't have the owners listening to said players and sack the manager instead.

Think with a few good buys, we can easily implement AVB's high tempo sorta football. We were the best at it in the league under Kenny when he just took over from Hodgson Chelsea was actually easily 3rd in the league at the start of the season before it all went horribly wrong for one reason or another, and they were playing beautiful football and smashing teams. We have a better defense than Chelsea, too, so we probably won't have as many of those f***ups they had late in his reign With the right backing and if he's as good as he thinks he is, then he's definitely worth a big shot.

Well seeing as he was under Mourinho, it wouldn't be surprising if a bit of the me me me and self ego stroking rubbed off on him I'm fine with him being a bit of a t*** as long as he's getting results. Very few managers are genuinely top class like Kenny and Rafa and be some of the best human beings around
