Yep, and whether it works depends entirely on the calibre of the manager they appoint who can build such a backroom stuff and infrastructure at the club. Martinez can't do it, Rodgers can't do it The only one who's shown that he could do it is Rafa, but as you say, they might do away with the club icons thing

The man gave his all for decades and sometimes all he got from the club were snubs or sacks. Without him putting us back on track after the owl days, we could be in an even worse state. He mightn't be the man (in the owners eyes) to get us to where we wanna go, but he has done a heck lot more good than bad since he came back. Hope he is still up for some role with the club

Didi talks perfect sense, we are in the biggest crossroad for decades. Despite some clowns thinking we don't need CL, we do, and unless we start picking up our act on and off the field, we aren't gonna get to where we wanna be for years.The owners cannot afford to delay making big decisions particularly if they actually don't want Kenny, if they wanna swing the axe, then they better have a boss replacement already lined up. If they are gonna back him then do so strongly and give him cash to work with.

It's true, though there's a line of thought that we don't feel a need to feed the press trolls. Although I just don't see how a public statement supporting Kenny is a bad idea at all
