I don't agree with your last point. There are loads of big ego players who do well in s*** sides and good sides alike. The problem with England for 30 years has been playing players out of position to accommodate certain stars. This England side is completely unbalanced because the manager has selected names and then tried to fit them into a system they don't suit. Although nobody suits having 4 CMs.
