  1. Seems Mr Gaillard is having to wipe the egg off is face the t***! Link
  2. If Et'o was to leave Barca..Then I doubt it would be for London..He said in an interview on TV that when the Chavs where interested in signing him his wife said no way...You can play anywhere but I not going to live in London...So he said so London is out
  3. Yes...I was joking Elisha! I have no doubt they will be up there in the top 4 come the end of the season...All I was doing was trying to make light of the situation....But do I feel they will win the league this season....No and my heart says Chelsea will not either... I guess they would in all honesty, given their squad and the depth they have too...But what I am saying is that I feel they will drop a few points and possibly lose more games than they have in the past 2 seasons....Watching that game last night they were made to look ordinary at times and at best they were average... I know the season has just started and there are 36 PL games to go for most teams...But while they are coming to terms with the new players and formation other teams and I will say lesser teams too have every chance to kick points off them, more so than usual... I feel the The Manc's, Arsenal and ourselves will take points off them this season...Maybe not all 3 points both home and away, but I feel they will not travel so well this season... The Mancs look organised and have a fluid play about them, but again I watched the game today (I get both the chavs and mancs Tv on my cable)and Charlton were awful and again I did not feel Man'ure was that exciting considering...Their 2nd goal was probably the best really...But against a more organised defence Saha would not have scored Ole would never have had so much space and time...(cannot comment on Fletchers I actually missed it 3 times..lol)... I agree the Mancs have problems with depth to their squad and that injuries in key positions will have a dire effect, which is why a good start will be important to them...But can you call their 3 opening games strong competition!!!!.....
  4. At the end of the day, risks have to be taken and players have to be bought, if you want to progress...The club has taken the risk and the team has progressed..So what does it matter if the 12mil has or has not been spent...If it has we are even,if not we are 12mil better off....end of... The club said they would back Rafa and they have in the best way they could...The only let down was Alves, but even he will be here sooner or later...FFS calm down...and enjoy the ride...
  5. Like I said a little earlier, I see Chelsea having some bad results while there is weaknesses in their defence and with Cech out..Teams are going to be able to steal points from them..Boro showed last night if teams fight until th end they can get something out of a match with the Chavs....Boro never gave up and won... Problem is too many teams hit the panic button when CSKA London score and revert to defending hoping to keep the score respectable... You have to keep at them for 90mins and not let them control the pace of the game, that's when they get railled and make mistakes...The Chavs hate to be on the back foot and more often than not are unable to come from behind...They seem more compact when they take the lead and dictate the game...I can also see them dropping points again at Blackburn TBH.. Anyway who listens to pundits, especially Hanson...only 4 days ago they said Chelsea set the standards and throw down the marker... Regarding our game against the Hammers, well we have a good record against them in the league..Done the double last year 2:0 home and 2:1 away...I see us beating them at home and away with the same results to be honest...Although I fully understand we have to start putting our chances away and getting some above avarege scorelines......
  6. Middelsboro seem to be a bit of a boogy team for CSKA Chelsea...Teams have the chance to nick points off them just now while their defence is in such a dire disarray and Cech is out recovering from that back surgery..I am sure that will change once he is back in the team though.. Lets hope that our boys get back to winning ways this weekend against the Hammers and the Chavs drop points at Blackburn on Sunday.. Our start to the season I actually felt we would only get a draw with SU in our first game, as it was always going to be a tough game. So no suprise to me really..But I get the feeling it's begining to come together for us and a good run in the first half of the season is on the cards. As regards the pretenders from the theatre of prawns- well they never look like dropping points with their opening games. But anyway give them a week or two up top and they will soon get a nose bleed from the pressure of being at a high altitude, causing them to take a sudden nose dive as we enter the second half of September... The future is bright the future is RED 19 !!!...

  10. Reading some latest news from news now and came across this form the offical chaves site...It appeares even afer writting us off Moanio is actuall addmitting his fears about Liverpool this season. José: New Liverpool a more flexible foe Saturday, Aug 12, 2006 José: New Liverpool a more flexible foe José Mourinho learnt everything there is to know about the way Liverpool play during ten meetings in just two seasons. But he believes summer transfers will allow Sunday?s opponents a more varied approach in the season ahead. Over the close season Liverpool have added Brazilian left-back Fabio Aurelio, Argentine defender Gabriel Paletta and Chilean midfielder Mark Gonzalez, plus from the British Isles, Craig Bellamy and Jermaine Pennant. It?s the signing of Bellamy in particular that will allow them to set new challenges Mourinho believes. ?One thing is to play Peter Crouch as target man, another thing is to play Craig Bellamy in a lone position up front,? he says. ?It is a completely different way to play. ?Now they have these two players, they have different styles of play. Every team that plays against Liverpool has to understand what it is to play them with Crouch and what it is to play them with Bellamy. So they have solutions. ?Bellamy was dangerous when we played against him for Newcastle; he was dangerous when we played against him for Blackburn. He will be dangerous playing for Liverpool.? Reports suggest that Liverpool will be without another striker, Robbie Fowler, on Sunday due to a knee injury. New arrival Aurelio is also out with a calf problem. Liverpool?s team against Maccabi Haifa on Wednesday was: Reina, Finnan, Carragher, Hyypia, Riise, Gerrard (Gonzalez 85), Sissoko, Alonso, Zenden (Luis Garcia 55), Pennant, Bellamy (Crouch 65). One Chelsea defender unavailable to deal with which ever attack Rafael Benitez chooses is William Gallas. Mourinho has given a positive report on the player since he rejoined the first team squad for training on Monday. ?For me the important thing is the way he is working and behaving now,? insists the manager. ?And he is behaving very, very good. ?He trained very well when he was with the reserves. He is training well with us. He is doing some work with the team, he is doing some work individually with Makelele and the fitness coach and he is behaving very, very professionally. ?For me today and tomorrow is more important than yesterday.? Sale of Chelsea?s allocation of tickets for Sunday?s game closes at 2pm on Sunday. Seats are on general sale.
